Important Information About My Services
While I hold a Master's in Transpersonal Psychology and extensive training in various therapeutic modalities, I want to be clear that I am not a licensed psychotherapist or medical provider. As a Relational Somatic Ketamine Counselor, I provide support, guidance, and integration services, but I do not diagnose or treat mental health conditions.
If you have received mental health diagnoses from healthcare providers, I welcome the opportunity to work with you as part of your broader support system. I encourage all clients to maintain relationships with their licensed healthcare providers, including therapists, psychiatrists, and primary care physicians, who can provide medical oversight and mental health treatment.
My role is to:
Provide support during ketamine sessions prescribed by licensed medical professionals
Offer integration counseling and somatic awareness practices
Guide personal growth and development work
Support your exploration of expanded states of consciousness
Help you develop deeper relationships with yourself and others
My role is not to:
Diagnose mental health conditions
Provide medical advice or treatment
Prescribe or manage medications
Replace the care of licensed mental health professionals
Provide crisis intervention services
I am happy to coordinate with your existing healthcare team to ensure you receive comprehensive, integrated care that supports your overall wellbeing.
Meet Anat
Welcome!
I’m really glad you’ve found your way here. And I’m honored that you are considering working with me. Moving toward healing and change is a powerful step, and likely this isn’t your first attempt. Let’s see if there’s a a way we can work together to support your healing and growth.
My Approach
With a blend of empathic presence, deep listening, and a courageous heart, I create a safely held space where you can explore your inner world. My approach is gentle, interactive and relational, exploring with curiosity through somatic mindfulness and a parts-model of the psyche, a somatic approach to trauma, self-designed-ritual and earth-based wisdom that meets each person’s unique path with care and respect. My most overarching hope is to help you discover and cultivate a deep and loving connection to you, uncovering the patterns, self-talk and core beliefs that keep you from a rich and supportive relationship with yourself.
In addition to ketamine work, I also offer death doula services and ceremonial holding (weddings, dying, memorials), psychedelic integration, private retreats, working with people in life transitions (peri-menopause, empty-nesting, breakups, etc) and in guiding those healing from the mother-wound and other kinds of attachment wounding.
My Training and Experience
With nearly 20 years of experience working in expanded states and 10 years as an interfaith hospital chaplain and spiritual counselor, I know the territories of the psyche well. I support people at all stages of life, with a tender place for those approaching the end of their life through terminal illness or aging. Grief finds us in all the stages of life, and learning to trust your heart to grieve well is a potent life skill that I can help you discover.
I hold a Master’s degree in Transpersonal Psychology and post-graduate chaplain training in Clinical Pastoral Education, and have trained extensively in various modalities such as Hakomi, Relational Attachment Work, Sensorimotor Therapy and The Sovereignty Way (psychedelic assisted trauma resolution). I’m certified and trained through InnerTrek as a Psilocybin facilitator under the Oregon measure 109. With nearly 10 years of experience as an interfaith chaplain in Portland, Oregon, my experience at a level 1 trauma center has honed my ability to provide warmth and stability during times of emotional intensity.
Seasoned by my own life experiences and initiations, I have been in private practice as a counselor since 2016 and continue to deepen my understanding of full-spectrum, embodied living. I am a mother to 3 adult daughters and live in Portland with my partner and my much beloved feline goddess, Fluffy.

My Commitment
I believe we learn to truly love ourselves only after being met with the loving presence of another. Healing begins within the safety of that attuned connection. Toward that goal, I offer my heart, sincere care, and steady presence as a mirror, guiding you back to your own. This is a partnership built on trust, attuned presence, and the transformative power of relationship. I will meet you with curiosity, warmth and wholehearted support as we navigate grief, growth, and everything in between.
Guided by nature’s rhythms, we slow down, listen inward, and create space for healing. Through ceremony, soulful practices, and expanded states we’ll honor your story—tending to old wounds, fostering self-love, and reclaiming the parts of you ready to emerge.
Healing isn’t always easy, but it’s a return to your most authentic self. Let’s walk this path together.
